This is on top of the continuous and rapid increase in energy cost, which makes the need for sustainable andenvironmentally friendly heating and cooling energy schemes a necessity. Today, the focus is on reshaping the future of construction and redefining theintegration of Sustainable Development Goals into peoples daily lives. The presented heating and cooling scheme is an autonomous and modular systemthat majorly depends on solar energy with an electricity back-up to ensure the adequate living standards in households while reserving energy and theenvironment. This scheme is an exceptionally durable scheme with more than 15 years' lifespan and around 70% energy savings. This system integratesboth solar water heaters and photovoltaic cells technologies, along with hot water radiators and heat exchangers; the solar water heaters supply the radiatorswith the needed hot water to fulfill the heating needs while the implemented photovoltaic cells empower the heat exchangers to cover the different cooling needs.This innovative scheme is fully autonomous, does not require any human intervention, and can be linked into various Internet of Things systems. Moreover,this developed scheme is bridging the gap between research and industry and is enabling future generations to overcome various pressing challenges severelyimpacting their lives.
