During the construction of an Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR) test well, there aremany regulatory requirements and technical questions that need to be addressed. Theseconsiderations form the basis of a construction and testing plan to determine ASRfeasibility. The overall project cost is greatly impacted by the construction and testingplan.This paper focuses on construction and testing cost considerations when designing anASR test well.
